Chelchele

This washed lot comes from the processing mill Chelcele located in Kochere, Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia.   In Ethiopia, individual growers generally grow coffee along with many other crops of their own lands and then sell the cherry to central processing mills.  Because of this practice it is challenging to distinguish the exact varieties present in any given lot.  Despite this, coffee from this special place has won the favor of much of the world.
